1. Description of Service

Olio is a social media management platform that allows users to plan, schedule, publish, and analyze content across supported channels from one place.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business or organization. You are responsible for account security, team member access, and all activity under your account.

3. YouTube and Third-Party Platform Terms

Olio uses YouTube API Services for YouTube-related features, including account/channel connection and publishing workflows. By using Olio with YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

Use of connected social platforms is also subject to each platform's own terms, policies, and API requirements.

Because we use YouTube API Services, data processed through YouTube features may also be subject to Google's Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

4. Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Olio the limited rights needed to store, process, and publish content on your behalf through channels you connect.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights, permissions, and legal basis to upload and publish content, including any personal data included in that content.

5. Billing and Refunds

Paid features require payment of applicable fees shown at checkout. Unless required by law or explicitly stated in a specific offer, fees are non-refundable. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or use Olio to publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive content.

7. Service Availability

We work to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Publishing and delivery may be affected by third-party platform outages, API limits, policy changes, account restrictions, or technical issues outside our control.

8. Termination

You may stop using Olio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, required by law, or necessary to protect users, Olio, or third parties.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Olio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Olio in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of Olio after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable law.
